What to have ready
- Your address, or at least the city and ZIP.
- What the door is doing — and whether the panel is off its track or the glass is cracked, because that moves the booking up.
- How many panels the door has and which one slides.
- Whether it is an impact (hurricane) door. There is usually a label on the frame.
- Roughly how old the door is, if you know.
